A webcast is effectively a broadcast on the web and Avcom Conference TV provides the means to webcast your event live or delayed which means that it can be broadcast while its happening or it can be recorded and then made available as live after the event has taken place.

Now if you click on the Timed Slides button – there to the left above me along the toolbar you will see the Power Point slides. So not only do you see the video of the speaker, their power point slides also appear in the webcast and it is timed to coincide just as they appear in the conference.

Beside the Timeslides Tab just to the left, is an Index List of all the main elements of the conference. This might include the key speakers and contributors or the main points or issues under discussion.

So clicking on an index point will bring you to that specific point of content – so if you go to it now and click on specific content you will land right on that point of content and so making the content so much easier to navigate and digest.

But Avcom Conference TV is a whole content management system for your conference and includes a survey facility by which you can poll your audience on the event and their views and there also is a feedback facility so your audience can email specific requests or provide individual or additional feedback.

Not only do we take care of the webcasting we also take care of the hosting which means that you don’t have to reconfigure your own website or its capacity and we host it for 6 months or for an additional period of time on request.

In terms of look and feel your conference webcast can also be designed in your own colours and can be branded to match your own corporate website making the transition between the two seamless.
